Please be advised that once an order has been processed, we are unable to amend or cancel, due to the fast processes we have in place. You are able to return your order in case it is wrong or there is other issues with it once you have received it.

All orders placed online will be shipped on the same day via Australia Post. Shipping times and cost is

Standard-  5-10 business days costs $9.95AUD

Express- 2-4 business days costs $14.95

Standard Shipping is FREE for AU orders when you spend over $100.

Orders received before 12pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same business day. Any orders received after this time will be sent the next business day. This does not include orders placed during a sale period as we may experience delays.

Although express services are fast, unfortunately we can’t guarantee timing as it depends on the destination. Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control.


Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. This will contain a link and a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order at any time.

Any items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced right away. For any items that arrive damaged, please contact us at

We have a 14 day return policy. We offer an exchange or gift voucher for items returned in new condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately we do not provide cash refunds or exchange on change of mind or if you are not happy with the item once it has been used.
