Cellulite is a condition in which the skin appears to have areas with underlying fat deposits, giving it a dimpled, lumpy appearance. It is most noticeable on the buttocks and thighs and mostly occurs in postpubescent females. Unfortunately you can never get totally rid of it, but there are ways to reduce the appearance of it.

Make sure to drink enough  pure, clean water and juice made from fresh fruits and vegetables to keep toxins flushing through you. Water is essential to life and it is also essential to reducing and preventing further cellulite. Try to drink as little coffee as possible  – substitute it with herbal tea or fresh vegetable juice.

Use natural products including coffee, herbal extracts, seaweed,  green tea extracts etc. Avoid products that have too many chemicals and claim quick fixes since they might cause long term damage.

Eat clean and try to avoid fatty, processed foods. Fresh food will nourish your body and skin.

Exercising is super important if you are trying to get rid of cellulite. Cellulite makes skin look bumpy because fat tissue bulges out between the connective tissue just under your skin. As you lose excess fat, the fat bulges less, and it lays flatter and closer to the connective tissue, smoothing the appearance of your skin.
